Free Working Alliance Session
Ugh, finding a new (or your first!) supervisor can feel like such a minefield… and investing your money without knowing if it’s worthwhile can feel stressful. The relationship is absolutely pivotal in supervision, and we (yes, both of us!) need to be sure we’re a good fit.
For all these reasons, and a few more, I offer a free 30-minute ‘working alliance’ session to every new supervisee- a genuine conversation, not a sales pitch. You'll get a feel for my approach, I'll get to understand what you need, and we'll both know whether working together makes sense. I’ll ask about where you’ve come from, where you’re headed, and what has and hasn’t worked for you in supervision before. And, you can ask me just about anything, too. It’s like a job interview, although I try to make it as un-scary as possible.
