Terms of service.
Last updated: 29 July 2026
Please read these terms carefully before using this website or engaging Apricity Supervision's services.
By browsing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Apricity Supervision, and "you" refers to the visitor, client, or user of this website or our services.
1. Amendment of terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Nature of services
Apricity Supervision provides clinical supervision services to social workers and allied health professionals, delivered online (and in person for select Canberra-based arrangements). You must be 18 years or older to engage our services.
3. Bookings, cancellations, and non-attendance
Supervision sessions are booked through Halaxy. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations, reschedules, or non-attendance with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a completed session and charged accordingly, except at our discretion in genuinely exceptional circumstances.
4. Digital resources
Where downloadable resources (such as guides or self-assessment tools) are provided through this website, they are delivered immediately upon access. Please contact us if you experience any technical issue accessing a resource.
5. Fees and refunds
Fees for supervision services are as agreed at the time of booking. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, where applicable. As supervision is a professional service delivered in real time, sessions already delivered are not refundable.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apricity Supervision is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, including reliance on any information, links, or third-party content found on it. Your use of this website is at your own risk.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Professional nature of supervision
Clinical supervision is a professional development and reflective practice service. It is not a substitute for personal therapy, counselling, legal advice, or crisis support. You remain responsible for the professional decisions you make in your own practice; Apricity Supervision provides a reflective space and professional perspective, not directives, and cannot be held liable for outcomes arising from decisions made in your professional role.
8. Links to other websites
This website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. This does not imply endorsement, and we take no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of external sites.
9. Copyright and restrictions of use
This website and its content — including text, design, and any downloadable resources — are owned by Apricity Supervision unless otherwise stated. You may download or print material for personal, non-commercial use, and may share brief extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute our content commercially, or use our resources to develop competing services, without our express written permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and store your personal information.
11. Whole agreement
These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Apricity Supervision regarding your use of this website and engagement of our services, except where additional terms are required by law.
12. Severability
If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that clause will be severed, and the remaining terms will continue in full effect.
13. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT.
